IGTI, Inc.
provides a variety of support services for Asset-Tracking-and-Management-System
(ATMS) hardware and software, GPS, GIS, and wireless data products. Our ATMS software products includes free
30-day technical support and we also offer annual software and hardware
support and maintenance agreements.
I.
Free ATMS Software Technical Support
IGTI, Inc.’s ATMS software products
include free technical support for the first 30-days after purchase. This
technical support may be provided by calling
IGTI’s offices during normal work hours, which are 8:00am-5:00pm
(Central Time Zone), Monday through Friday, or by e-mail or fax
requests. This free technical support is provided for each ATMS
software component purchased. Additional technical support, software
maintenance, and on-call support options are available at additional cost.
II.
Annual ATMS System Maintenance Agreements
IGTI, Inc. can provide optional annual
support agreements to cover the technical support of both hardware and
software as well as automatic software upgrades for an ATMS system. This optional ‘system’ maintenance and
support agreement ensures the customer with a single point of contact and
support for a complete ATMS system.
III.
Annual Software Maintenance Agreements
IGTI, Inc. offers additional ATMS
product support and automatic software upgrades during the maintenance
period through our optional annual software maintenance and support
agreements. This optional annual
agreement ensures continued program technical support after the free 30-day
period, and also provides the customer with automatic software upgrades
during the maintenance and support period.
The optional software maintenance and support agreements ensures the
customer will always have access to any needed product support, and will
ensure that the customer always has the latest ATMS software versions. This option can save customers thousands
of dollars in support and software upgrade costs over the use of the
software.
IV.
GIS Technical Support
IGTI, Inc. can provide software
support agreements for commercial GIS software and data products, as well
as specialized support and training services as required.
V.
GPS Technical Support
IGTI, Inc. can provide technical support for
most GPS receivers, modules and data formats. We can provide operational
support, product configuration support, and integration services to integrate
any type of GPS (or other positioning system) device into an ATMS or other
real-time system or application.
